Summary: I'm having trouble w LOTR EE BR playing in my Samsung HT-B6930W system ...they played ok the first/only time back when I got them last Summer ...now they skip and freeze about an hour in; after that I get a disc specification error and discs won't load. Samsung has not been helpful.
Summary: We bought Samsung's home theater system. It worked reasonably well for a very short while, before the receiver suffered a debilitating hardware fault. Samsung accepted that the unit was defective and repaired it. Eighteen months later, the issue rematerialized, but Samsung refused to re-correct it - irrespective of the fact that their repair job didn't last.
Summary: I need to explain That I own several Samsung products, including two HDTVs and am very happy with their products until I purchased this unit for their top of the line LED 3D HDTV and is has been the worse mistake I have ever made. The HT C6930W is, in my opinion, a piece of junk. It has not worked from day one and Samsung has refused to respond to my requests to correct whatever may be the problem.
Summary: The player/receiver stopped sending a signal to my TV after about 1 month of use. I did basic troubleshooting to verify it was a problem with the receiver itself. After contacting customer service and dealing with their staggering incompetence (sending me a shipping label with an incorrect address even after I spelled it phonetically for the customer service agent and some other errors) I finally managed to send it off to be repaired.
Summary: My wife purchased this system for me as a father's day gift. Upon receiving this package, I put the system together and discovered that the dvd player in the home theater system did not work. Making the mistake of reading the user guide, I contacted Samsung as the guide recommended and they instructed me to send the head unit back paying for returning the unit myself.
