Summary: Samsung HT-E5400 5.1 Channel Smart 3D Blu-Ray Home Theater System I received this home theater system as a gift, so I can't complain about the price. But I was disappointed to find out the 2 surround sound "wireless" speakers only work with wi-fi if you buy their connection card that costs about...
Summary: I only have experience with two Samsung products - my amazing LN52B750 television, and my hunk-of-junk HT-BD3252 Blu-Ray HTIB system (purchased through another retailer). The Blu-Ray player was an out-of-box partial failure since the eject button never worked, but I didn't think this a significant...

Summary: My experience was identical to "Samsung service is impossible." A rear speaker was defective. On the first call, they promised to send a replacement. After several more calls over nearly two months, I was finally told I'd have to send the ENTIRE SYSTEM back for them to determine whether the part was...
Summary: Do not waste your money on this system. The sound quality is awful and the rear wireless speakers did not work when I received the unit. Contacting Samsung is a pain, with countless hours of waiting on hold for a rep.to answer, and then they want to charge you $50.00 to have the receiver sent in for...
Summary: The system is a very good looking with average sound (I am not a sound specialist, but the sound is ok, not excellent). Easy to install, cheap (I paid $430 for refurbished, including tax and delivery), has wireless rear speakers (that's the reason I bought it).
Summary: Before I purchased this system I read mixed reviews all across, Hence was very doubtful before I went for it. The options for me also were very limited as I was looking for a HT system with 1. Component out(as my TV is very old first generation Plasma and did not have HDMI), 2.

Summary: I've had the HTB for six months now, and I can say that it's really nice having so many features for such a good price, but there are many annonying things about the unit that add up to a poor user experience.
