Summary: This unit broke multiple times ahd was sent back twice they sent me someone elses unit back last time and it was all scratched up. It broke again. The only way to get the tray to open to put in a disk is to use the remote as the buttons on the unit it self don't work.
Summary: Bought this HTB due to good reviews on sound quality. I give it that ... the sound is nice, particularly given the price. But the blu-ray player itself is simply aweful. This thing couldn't play through an entire DVD on its best of days.
Summary: I've had nothing but trouble with my BD1250, and have had no luck in having Samsung address the issues. Here are the problems I've had: - A Samsung firmware update rendered the system completely frozen.
Summary: Sounds cuts in and out and there does not seem to be a solution. I keep finding same problems online with other owners. Samsung customer service is no help. After working with their suggestions, I have given up.
Summary: We bought Samsung's home theater system. It worked reasonably well for a very short while, before the receiver suffered a debilitating hardware fault. Samsung accepted that the unit was defective and repaired it.
Summary: Bought this unit 7 months ago from Amazon. Had all the right features and Netflix and Pandora are sweet. After having it 2 months the sound keep cutting out. I contacted Samsung as was told to do a firm ware update I told them I had because I had it hook up to the Internet.
Summary: I have never given a review like this before, but this product inspired me. I had to send the first one back for a high frequency noise coming from the unit. Then, it had issues around Pandora and giving access to my Pandora account to other Samsung users. But wait....there's more!
Summary: I purchased this Samsung unit when it was a 'Today's Deal". I won't complain about hookup or other techie stuff; those are not Samsung's problems (imo). About one week after setting it up, it started behaving oddly: it would pause spontaneously, or start fast fowarding, etc.
