  • Summary: This unit broke multiple times ahd was sent back twice they sent me someone elses unit back last time and it was all scratched up. It broke again. The only way to get the tray to open to put in a disk is to use the remote as the buttons on the unit it self don't work.

Dont Buy it.

  • Summary: Bought this unit 7 months ago from Amazon. Had all the right features and Netflix and Pandora are sweet. After having it 2 months the sound keep cutting out. I contacted Samsung as was told to do a firm ware update I told them I had because I had it hook up to the Internet.

PLEASE read before buying!

  • Summary: I purchased this Samsung unit when it was a 'Today's Deal". I won't complain about hookup or other techie stuff; those are not Samsung's problems (imo). About one week after setting it up, it started behaving oddly: it would pause spontaneously, or start fast fowarding, etc.

  • Summary: First off, the device broke within 10 days of purchase (November 13th Firmware update). I called Samsung and turned in a service ticket. The first email I received stated that they would process the defective unit and replace or fix within 5 business days. They were not even close!

  • Summary: After going through 3 Samsung HT-BD1250s(not purchased from Amazon), I gave up and(thanks to the seller's sympathy) exchanged the last one for an LG sound system which works as advertised. The 1st Samsung died after 1 week of use and was replaced.
