Summary: I've had mine for almost 8 years and it has performed very well considering the price. I think I paid like $120 new at Canadian Tire (maybe it was more, can't remember). It has more than enough power for a small/medium room. I usually don't put the volume above 75%.
Summary: I've had this unit forever and it's still kicking! I came here to see how many watts since im getting another unit for my living room and decided to review. The sound is pretty decent for what it is if u set it up right.
NOT "compatible with [ALL] mass storage class (MSC) mp3 players"

Summary: Contrary to representation made in description ["most" in instruction manual], have not been able to make this system work with Sansa MP3 players (Express and m series) while in designated mode. This has been very disappointing.
Summary: For such an economy unit, this system is really worth every penny. The bass is really good if you set it to "powerful" and eq everything properly. The sound is a lot bigger than the speakers it comes out of.
Summary: It get 3 stars because the DVD player did work ok. This system did perform as an amp very well. It was minimally louder than the rear speakers on my Samsung LCD tv. I never heard any bass until I put my ear right next to the subwoofer with the volume maxed out.
