Poor quality control. A few critical flaws. I do not recommend.

Summary: I originally bought a polk sound bar 5000 because it seemed to have decent audio came with bluetooth. The bluetooth constantly cut out and dropped the signal even with my device 10-15 ft away.
Summary: Purchased this sound bar and sub from best buy, easy hook and it sounds good. The only problem i had with the system was the remote control, you have to be directly in front of the sound bar for the remote/ volume control to work.
Summary: We went with Polk, because we have had good experiences with them in the past. And, while it is true that setup is a piece of cake, there is not much else good to say about it. Cons: -The sound quality is poor -It does not provide any surround sound qualities -Worst of all, the sound turns off if...
Summary: I was interested an alternate to the built in tv speakers for my bedroom. I wanted the enhanced sound; however, I did not want to have to run wires for the speakers/subwoofer, like I did in my living room.
Summary: I was hoping to get something that would do away with all the wires and provide much better sound than that of my Samsung 40inch LCD. I was severely underwhelmed by the performance of the speakers - They sounded horrible ... almost defective.
Summary: I bought one today. It was a cinch to set up. I was, however, disappointed with it as the sound produced was not nearly as good as I had expected. At comparable high volumes, there was a definite "spacial" effect, but the overall sound was not much of an improvement over the sound from the TV set...
