Summary: The package did not come in two days per "Two day shipping" option but that is probably out of the sellers hands. It also came with one of the bottom footers broken off. This also could have been due to poor shipping. Great product though. Sleek look and great sound. Haven't explored all it has to offer yet however.
Summary: Overall we are very happy with this receiver. I hooked it up myself, which was moderately challenging (I'm a complete amateur). The online instructions we not very easy to navigate. Now that it is up and running, a few comments for fellow amateurs. 1 - There is a lag when switching between inputs. For example, when switching from cable to DVD player, we sometimes have to wait up to 10 seconds.
Summary: Excellent unit for the price. Would give it 5 stars if the remote worked with my Pioneer cassette tape deck like its predecessor. Also would have been nice if it had built-in Wi-Fi, since its networking capability is quite useless unless you happen to have it sitting next to your router, or if your home is wired with Ethernet. Otherwise you'll need to get a wireless bridge that's compatible with your router.

Summary: Sound is great. Ease of use especially on the android app is welcome. Using it in the Zone 2 is next to impossible. You would think that they would make it, as they advertize, able to pipe music out to one set of speakers separate from the main room. Yes, but only if....and the list goes on. You cant use roku, nor pandora even on the media player mode using the dennon program.
Summary: It works. Sounds good. Easy to set up. BUT, it takes forever to switch video inputs. I've even changed to pure pass-through for signal, but it still takes up to 10 seconds to switch video feeds. And this is the case even if the same source changes video resolution.
Summary: We had a pioneer reciever that was about 15 years old and although it still did a great job, it was not HDMI compatible. Because our other pioneer was so great and lasted so long, we decided to get another one. We LOVE it! It cut down on the amount of cords we needed, it still works with our 20 year old Sony speakers and subwoofer, and everything new!
Summary: I love this receiver. If you don't have an iPad the control and use can be cumbersome if you don't know what you're doing. The iPad app for this thing is great. I can adjust 75% of the controls direct from the app. For instance, if the dialogue in a movie is too low for my liking,I can adjust that in 30 seconds on the app, making realtime adjustments until I'm pleased.

Summary: I have been a Pioneer fan for over thirty years and this receiver did not disappoint. While not the most powerful receiver I've purchased from Pioneer - by far the easiest to set up. Have 10 speakers from varying companies (JBL, Polk Audio, Infinity, and Pioneer) producing great depth and clarity. As always very happy with my Pioneer choice!
