Summary: I really do like it for the price. It gets the job done in my apartment, but it probably doesn't have enough oomph for a full sized house or a really large living room. The highs can be a touch tinny and sometimes the mid-bass sounds a little thin, but lots of 5.1 systems that use satellites for fronts suffer from the same maladies, and at significantly higher levels than this Pioneer system shows.
Summary: I had this item for 10 months. It worked great until suddenly I started getting a blue image going through all the HDMI inputs. Tried reseating all the HDMI cords. NOW NONE OF THE HDMI PORTS WORK. The receiver is nearly useless now. The optical audio port appears to be the only port working. Contacted the seller and they refused to help or provide any type of credit.
Summary: Great sound and tech for the low price you pay. I run all my hdmi connection thru my system which works out great. my rooms 12ft by 12ft its perfect surround sound you can really here the diffrence.
Summary: the system arrived very quickly and in good shape. it is larger and heavier than I expected but is no problem for me. if someone is very cramped on space to put it ,it could be a problem. the system sounds great in our very large room and has excellent sound. the subwoofer is awesome. we had a dvd laying on top of it and at one point the sound jumped in the movie we were watching and the dvd was thrown off of the woofer.
Summary: This product has plenty of hook ups and settings. Mine came with the upgraded bluetooth feathure for less than walmart sold theirs. Dont expect wall pounding bass, but it does the trick for a cheap theatre system.
Summary: I purchased this system because of the name -Pioneer, Ive had Pioneer products in the past and they have been fantastic but unfortunately this system has to be the poorest quality product ever. The sound is poor, within 2 months two of the four HDMI ports stopped working, the system seems to randomly switch off, it honestly is of extremely poor quality.
