  • Summary: This is the worst product I have purchased recently, It was working good and after few months, started getting a crackling noise. As 2 more months passed, the blu-ray player and the speakers stopped working. So i have to reach the distributor in this case it is Philips to file a warranty. The annoying part of the story is dealing with Philips Customer care, they made me explain the problem for more than a hour (have to reach multiple Customer care rep).

  • Summary: So, I don't have a very big living room as It is, so at this price and with all its tempting features to go with my smart tv I was thinking what an awesome deal!!....well that didn't last long when I got home, thing is I did not even get to hear it, as I was extending the wire out for one of the speakers it just split apart at ease. the player is big, the cables are cheap as noted above, im returning this tomorrow and getting something else..

  • Summary: The price is great for the quality of this prodect (WHEN IT'S WORKING.) I was enjoying this product until about two weeks ago, It stopped playing blu-ray's, and occasionally when powering on it will get stuck in the "starting" phase. I've come to the conclusion that it needs a software update, which I learned from getting an error message when attempting to watch the Fight Club Blu-Ray. "A software update is required in order to play this.

  • Summary: Waited for about 1 week for this product picked it up at the Sanford, FL store - box was not damaged and sealed appropriately, however, got it home, opened it and the unit itself was badly dented in numerous places. I am now having to make arrangements to order another hopefully, not dented. It would be very convenient if another could be ordered (we are out of town for a week) so that we may pick it up on our way home. That would be great customer service.

  • Summary: I bought my system a year and a half ago, to start, when I got it we couldn't get it to connect to my wifi, after a 2 hour phone call to customer service we discovered we had a defective unit but they were quick to send us a new system right away. The problem I have with it is it acts like a smart phone that has far too much stuff saved on it, its really slow to accept input from the controller even after pressing a function 5 or 6 times it often doesn't work.

  • Summary: I received this item as a gift on 12/25/2012, so I've had it just over one year and the blu-ray player will no longer play any discs. I used a Blu-Ray cleaner disc on it, but that didn't help it. It makes a beeping noise every time I insert a disc & says "unknown disc" and it won't play. Complaints I have for when it was actually working: 1. If you pressed Pause while watching a Blu-Ray disc, it would mess up when you pressed to start playing it again.
