  • I have been tring to get a 16gb Class 6 SD card in MP3 format

I have a 16gb Transcend class 6 SD card and one of transcends white single USB card readers. The card has around 1300 songs in Mp3 format. When I put it in the player it recoginises it and then it says stop. I have tried this in my Pioneer dvd players w/ USB port and it works fine, even tried a 32gb card and that worked fine in the Pioneer units. I have been on the phone with Philipps and they tell me that the USB port should handle up to a 160gb HD. Also one of the techs suggested that the song limit should be only 900 songs but could not verify that anywhere in there documentation, he just said that he heard that somewhere. My sougs were original in MP3 pro format which I read the phillips will not work with so I ran them thought my Cowon Jet Audio converter to Mp3. These cards work in everything but the Philips player. Anyone else having this problem? TIA, J
