Summary: This all-arround media player is a dream for the ecosystem. It has a decent power output while being incredibly power efficient. It puts out 300 watts but only takes in 60! 500% energy efficiency! Go green, baby!
Summary: For the price i paid i cant be more happy. It has all i need for a room sound system. easy to install and sound is very good. Nothing out of this world but efficient and affordable, clue words these days!!!!! Its out of stock, you can find it only refurbished.
Summary: Some risk in buying a refurb product, but not in this case. Easy set up, especially if your son does it for you, and great video and sound. It is nice to have the full spectrum of sound all around you when watching a movie. I think it adds to the whole experience.
Summary: I have had many Philips systems over the years. This one is the smallest in size but not features. My only complaint is the proprietary speaker connectors. If you want to use this with different speakers, you will need to hack and splice the wires from the included set.
Summary: There are only three good things I can say about this system. 1: It has great base, 2: It has been pretty reliable, and 3: It is usually well priced. That's about it. However, the picture on this unit sucks! It does OK with regular, normally lit scenes.
Summary: - I bought it as a sound system. It's great, it has 5 speakers and a sub-woofer. - It's not very responsive when you ask it to do things, but it's no big deal. - USB port on the front, I play music off of a USB flash drive.
Summary: If you like slow motion, Am radio, or rapid repeat of select scenes, do not buy this. It has a lousy assortment of features. as in it is a no-frills version of a real DVD player. No more of this brand will I buy. Poor buy for the money.
