Summary: Little unhappy with the balance of the system, or at least the capabilities of such. I have a large room so its understandable. In a smaller environment it would be fine. None the less its a good system. It is a little difficult to get set up, the instructions are pretty sad for a novice. It does work good with my panasonic TV and the xbox system. Cost wise it is the best unit I found for the money.
Summary: i FIND JUST LIKE ANOTHER REVIEWER, YOU NEED AN AUDIO CORD FOR IT TO WORK WITH YOUR TELEVISION, i WAS ALSO HOPING IT WOULD WORK WITH MY FLAT SCREEN BECAUSE THE SOUND ISN'T THE GREATEST (TOSHIBA), BUT OF COURSE IT ONLY WORKS WELL WITH VIDEOS, THE RADIO. THE I-POD INTERFACE ISN'T THAT GREAT EITHER. IT WORKED WELL WITH THE NANO BUT NOT THE BIGGER 8 GIG IPOD, AND I STILL HAVE TO BUY THE AUDIO CORD, HOPEFULLY IT WORKS ON THE TV.
Summary: I brought it to enchance my Televison viewing. The sound on the flat screens is not the best. After purchasing, I find out that I need an additional HDMI cable to hook up the TV to The DVD player to get sound from the television. More money. [...]And it's stange that it worked with my 8 gig I- Pod but not my boyfriends NANO. It should work with all I-PODS.
Summary: Well, the product was ok. Relatively simple to setup. Although simplifying things can sometimes make it worse. The ipod interface is terrible. Can't page through artists which would be really nice. Also, some little quirks about the menu navigation. Might just be that my tv doesn't have "arc" formatting. Sound is decent though and quality of dvd playback is good.
