Summary: Great sound for the most part, used for gaming and movies. I just wanted something that wouldn't be a hasle to setup, also needed optical. Bluetooth is a nice bonus and it works well with my Moto G. The remote is helpful, figuring out how to use certain functions is a pain though. Some functions require pressing keys on the remote AND the unit itself. Overall worth the money and a solid step up from the default TV speakers.

Summary: This is the first time I've used any sound enhancement for my TV. The sound is markedly better! I watch a lot of TV and this could be the best thing I've purchased in awhile. Using with 42 in Vizio and so far I am thrilled with it! Price was awesome, too.
Summary: A "middle of the road" three star rating. Pros: Well-built. Good attention to detail on fit and finish. Loud, more than ample volume to fill your living room (earthshaking loud in my bedroom). Simple, easy to use controls. Sound quality adds depth to the TV viewing experience. Cons: Sound lags (ever so slightly) behind the TV set's built-in speakers, which means that you must turn the TV set to mute.
Summary: BIG problem with this unit is the remote. It is very erratic, especially the power-on function. After using it for 3 months, today the remote doesn't work at all! And that's the only way to turn on the unit.
