Summary: This unit is a great sound upgrade for any TV which you want better sound for. With HDMI inputs and output, it will work with most any modern component. The sound quality produced is great. While not on par with my 7.1 system, it works great for a smaller setup, like a living room or bedroom. Thus far, I don't believe you can go wrong with this system.
Summary: Nice device , but not that user friendly as others brand. The set up process is kind of a mess, the seller did a good work trying to help but I need to call to a 1-800 SUPPORT(First time in my life).
Summary: One channel blew out on the old stereo we had and we plan to buy a new TV. Surround sound was a good idea but we don't have alot of money. The SC-BT system came up on eBay, it had surround sound, Blu-Ray, AM and FM and could be extended from 5-to 7-channel which sounded neat. The price was right and had a reliable name. It was simple to set up and install with our old TV and it really sounds good considering the small speakers. The sub-woofer is, of course, a plus.
Summary: The picture and sound quality are good- BluRay good. I bought this used and unfortunately the remote doesn't seem to work properly (play, stop, fast forward, etc don't work even with fresh batteries) so I have to use my TV remote for some things and the BT100 remote for volume. Music CD's play through all speakers (mostly the center channel speaker) and without a functioning remote I can't change it to stereo play, assuming it's even possible.
Summary: Bought one for[$], received it hooked it up. 3 Days later order one for Girlfriend. Again Excellent price, everywhere's else BB was $ 899. Works excellent with Sony 550 Blue Ray player's. Have it hooked up to Samsung 50" Plasma. Just like at the movies with out the people talking around you. Thanks J & R.Barry R.
Pros: Easy Controls, Easy Setup, Easy To Set Up, Great Sound, Powerful
Summary: The Viera Link worked perfectly with this Blu-ray home theater system. Once it was set-up, my world was minimized to ONE remote, though I did have to buy another HDMI cable for the Viera link to work between both pieces of electronics, the SC-BT100 and the Panasonic TH-46PZ85U 46" Class 1080p Plasma HDTV that I own.
Summary: System comes with (1) wireless receiver. Purchased second wireless receiver to get 7.1 sound. Wireless receivers actually have wires to the rear speakers but don't have to be wired across room. Took a lot of owners manual reading to synchronize the 2nd transmitter. Had to read the manual to balance the sound but it sounds great now. My wife disagrees but I think for the price it should get louder, sometimes I run it wide open and it is similar to theater sound.
Pros: Clear Sound, Interfaces Well With TV, One component does it all
Panasonic SC BT100: BT100 - all you need to impress your mates

Summary: I got this piece of kit just over a year ago now and the sound is fantastic! Normally retailing around £650 I picked this up from John Lewis for £399, what a bargain. So let's get down to what the system offers. The 3.1 system offers a whopping 1000W split over the 4 channels. Positioning the speaker's central, Front left, Front right and subwoofer makes the setup easy with the colour coded cable ends.
