Summary: this was a refurbished product. the on/off button would not work! I sent off for repair from panasonic. They could not fix? Sent a replacement product (refurbished) that does not work with the speaker system sent. Still waiting to get resolved.
Summary: I bought a SC-BT100. I have been very happy with the unit until the HDMI port broke and it had to be sent in for repair. I sent it in and was told two weeks. I called 3 weeks later to inquire as to the status and they said they couldn't find the unit and starting asking me all these questions, where I bought it, model #. Finally after 45 minutes it was located and they said I should have it in 7-10 days.
Summary: I decided to buy it for what use to be a GOOD name, now they are trying to live off that name and are driving it into the ground. Bought the home theater Oct 17 09. It was a factory "new" refurb. The blue ray/DVD part didn't work from day one, so called Pan. After 2 weeks of run around, take it to this repair shop or that repair shop that pan told me to go to (none of them worked on blue rays) they found a place in watertown NY that did, now it took pan 5 days to issue a...
Summary: When setting up speakers,color coded wires where all wrong to ports, when tested it showed white was not white and so on. Put wires into as suggested by test and it worked ok, but no definition on speakers. Called in local fix it guy told to call Panosonic.Called Pano 45 min wait and then told they would call back tomorrow.
