The Onkyo HT-S9300THX is a home theater system that features an amplifier section with 130 W/Channel (6 ohms, 1 kHz, 1%, 1 ch driven)) front L/R power output, 130 W (6 ohms, 1 kHz, 1%, 1 ch driven) center power output, 130 W/Channel (6 ohms, 1 kHz, 1%, 1 ch driven) surround L/R power output, 130 W/Channel (6 ohms, 1 kHz, 1%, 1 ch driven) surround back power output and a dynamic power output of 180 W (3 ohms)/160 W (4 ohms)/100 W (8 ohms). It has a total harmonic distortion rate of 0.08 % (1W), 60 (Front, 1 kHz, 8 ohms) damping factor, 200 mV/47 k-ohms (Line) input sensitivity and impedance, 200 mV/470 ohms (Rec out) output level and impedance, 5 Hz–100 kHz/ +1 dB, -3 dB (DSP bi-pass) frequency response, ±10 dB, 50 Hz (Bass) and ±10 dB, 20 kHz (Treble) tone control and a 106 dB (Line, IHF-A) signal-to-noise ratio. The Onkyo HT-S9300THX also supports 6 ohms–16 ohms speaker impedance. It has an FM and AM tuner and supports up to 40 preset stations. The unit also supports 2-way, acoustic-suspension front and center speakers, full-range, bass reflex 2-way, acoustic-suspension speaker, and an Acoustic-suspension/Powered subwoofer. All speakers are powered by 5" (12 cm) A-OMF diaphragm cone driver, while the subwoofer is powered by a 12" (30 cm) cone driver.

Features

The HT-S9300THX is a receiver/speaker system that combines all-in-one functionality with THX support and supports the latest processing and connectivity features. It has front, center, surround, and surround back speakers that feature woofer diaphragms made with Onkyo’s A-OMF material. It also features Burr-Brown audio DACs that work alongside PLL jitter-cleaning circuitry, lossless Dolby and DTS formats, as well as the expanded height channels of Dolby® Pro Logic® IIz. Other features on the Onkyo HT-S9300THX include HDMI® 1.4a connectivity that supports 3D video compatibility, Faroudja DCDi Cinema™ for 1080p upscaling via HDMI of all video sources, powered Zone 2 audio and Audyssey room-correction, Dolby PLIIz surround mode, overlaid Graphical On-Screen Display (OSD) via HDMI, Audyssey 2EQ for room correction and speaker calibration and Audyssey Dynamic EQ for loudness correction.
