Summary: I conected this Home Theater to my 46" TV, PS3 and my Ipod and the sync is very well, the only concern about this Home Theater is about when you plug your PS3 to the Brain, some games looks in slow motion, I'm trying to figure it out, if is a home theater issue or my PS3 is going to dead
Summary: I did a lot of research and you can't find a better system for the money. The newer model is having serious issues with the bass, but this model has been excellent. Would recommend this to my friends and enemies...
Only 3 cabels to hook up for tv cabel and x-box sweeet!!!
6 March 2013
Summary: Sounds great! Lot to hook up but well worth the money. There is nothing negative i can say about it. Easy instructions make sure you have two people to carry it in the house it is really heavy.
Summary: I don't know how Onkyo does it but they pack an incredible system together here for a very low price. This is my second HTIB from Onkyo and I love it. The sound is great. The subwoofer really pushes out the bass. And set-up is a breeze because the speakers are color coded! Once you get it all set-up it comes with a mic that you put in your sitting positions and let the receiver figure out the rest.
Summary: For what you're getting, you couldn't possible get a better deal. I snagged this up when it was just under $300 and I wouldn't have regretted paying a lot more for it. Took me about 45 minutes to get it hooked up but that was mostly because I had some complicated speaker runs. Once I got those taken care of I plugged everything in and fired it up. I'm in college and only have basic cable but do use my PS3 a lot. Watched Brave first thing and it sounded great.
Summary: I've had this unit for a couple weeks now and am VERY satisfied. I am very selective when it comes to good quality audio at an affordable cost and let me tell you...Onkyo knows how to deliver. I previously owned another Onkyo home theatre in a box about 5 years ago and knew that they were quality for the price which is why I purchased this one now. The other one still works, but it would have been too much work to move to my new home.
Summary: I did my research, and boy am I glad I did. This is an incredible bang for your buck system. I bought it because of prior experience with Onkyo components and their known quality, the reviews on the speaker quality pushed me the rest of the way to buy. I can only say that for the money you would be hard pressed to find a richer, more accurate sound. This system is far better than many systems I've heard that cost twice the money.
Summary: Alright, this is going to be a short review, as I must also review the rest of my new home theatre system. This system is fantastic; the subwoofer is perfectly sized for the speakers, the highs are crisp, and the lows boom. As a user of only HDMI, the front buttons are perfect for the system, and with a Logitech Remote, it's simpler than ever. I looked at many other systems before purchasing this one, as well as in many different price ranges.
Summary: I am not one to write out a long, drawn out epitaph for a review but I wanted to go ahead and post something that gets to the point. This system is by far the best I have ever owned. The price point ($360) is an unbelieveable value for this system, it almost seems too good to be true. My living room is about 18X24 and movies sound just like I am in the theater. The bass is very high quality but I would say there could be a time you would like more and it's at it's max.
Summary: It's about time a company created a powered subwoofer with a surround system that is affordable and grows with the technology. Highly recommended, simple to set up. Sounds incredible. I can never go back to the home theater in a box's of yester years.
