Summary: I have had this home theater system for less than 3 years and have already had to return it twice because the wireless receiver/transmitter failed. This means the rear speakers, and more importantly, the sub-woofer stop working which makes the rest of the system sound sub-par. The first time it happened, it was under a year so the warranty was still in place.
Summary: Where can I purchage this Product RX Wireless Speaker RX Kit (this part of LG LHB975 1100)? This product receive the audio since the Blu Ray Disk to the wireless speaker; and I went to the support LG in my country (Venezuela) and did not resolve it my problem If someone know how to resolved this problem. I really appreciate it Thank you.

Summary: Like many others I got burned by LG; first by buying their defective LHB975, then by their customer service not standing by their product. From other reviews, some have had their systems repaired only to have it break again. I wasn't about to throw away any more money and accepted my system as a total loss. However, I realized that my credit card company has extended warranty coverage.
Summary: This system worked well for us for about 1 year. Afterwards, we had two errors that occurred frequently: 1. The sound does not engage, particularly the rear speakers and subwoofers. Iteratively turning on and off the unit does seem to fix the issue, but it is annoying. 2. The blu ray player will not read a disc, and reports disc error. Based on other reviews, it appears the drive is faulty and this error can happen to either the DVD or Blu Ray lense/drive.
Summary: I also bought an LG Surround Sound system. the rear wireless speakers worked fine for about 3 weeks and then stopped pairing. I took them back and swapped, had no problems until about a month ago and they stopped pairing again. Cannot get them to re-mate no matter what i try. Can't believe i paid so much money for this system to have it crap out in less than two years. i won't be buying LG anymore.
Summary: Rear speaker receiver lost connection at 5 months. Sent the unit back with 90$ and the same problem happened within 4 months of the return. Also, ever since the unit was repaired, rear speakers now pop occasionally. After the second breakage, I pulled apart the rear receiver and found that the supply voltage to the wireless module was out of spec. I replaced the wireless module for $50 and the power supply board for $15 + s&h.

Summary: 1. Purchased in December 2010. 2. Worked great for 14 months. 3. Woofer not working. 4. Re-mated 5000 times. 5. Called LG, who make me re-mate it 4000 more times. 6.
