Summary: Good system. You've got to have theater sound with a big screen TV. I am pleased with the quality of sound, but due to the acoustic layout of my living room, it doesn't seem to give optimum output. I was expecting a lot more. I am enjoying it during movies and football games. DVD videos seem to work best, now I have to invest in a Blue Ray player it seems to enjoy full experience of what the system is capable of.
Summary: The quality of sound is excellent it looks great the one bad thing is the remote control system is way bellow adequate basically it just doesn't work. I hope they have fixed this problem with the newer models. I would buy this product again if they do fix remote.
Summary: This system produces really good sound in a relatively compact package. I say relatively because, in fact, the subwoofer is huge. The sound bar, however, is very compact and the whole system produces very good sound. It is not on par with a full 5.1 surround sound system but you will get fairly close.
Summary: First, as many reviewers have stated, the sound this thing produces is fantastic. However, be aware that the subwoofer is pretty big and even the sound bar is no small piece of real estate. We have a pretty small living room and the soundbar just didn't fit on the table where our TV sits--and placing it on the floor wouldn't work. But the biggest problem was we couldn't turn the volume down very low without being able to adjust the output of our TV (Samsung LED).
Summary: I purchased this item for my bedroom where it is connected to a Sony 40 inch LED HDTV. Sound is piped by optical (Toslink) cable. It works flawlessly the only issue I have, well, I have two: cannot train the TV remote to operate the Soundbar and when I turn the TV on I have to turn the Soundbar on manually. I am sure it is my fault not being technically minded. Recommended to those who seek good but discrete sound in a confined space. It works even better for the geeks.
