Summary: great sound but unit turns off on its own and will not turn back on. try it again in an hour its fine, for a bit. contacted Harman online for new unit its under warranty will update when Harman responds update: customer service is awful I was told new product would be shipped in 4 days, two weeks later still did not ship, I was told it was out of stock after being put on hold for 30min. funny part is its still available on manufacture site.
Summary: I got a new SB 16 and connet it wito LG 47LX6500 smart TV thorugh optical cable but It does not work, no sound caming out. The TV specification indicates the audio is dolby digital decorder. I called and email Kardon Harmon support but never heard from them. Is there any one has such a experience on how to deal with it? It really makes me disapointed. Thannks.
