great sound for a small system

Summary: I purchased this system since my wife did not want large speakers dominating our family room. I placed the sub behind the TV and the satellites fit in the same shelf with the DVR. very good sound quality with plenty of bass. I actually had to turn the bass down some for listening to the news.
Summary: The speakers sound really good. I had lots of help setting them up, and we tried initially to do it the product-recommended way but wound up giving up on that and connecting things conventionally. I also opted for a wireless transmitter for the rear speakers.
Summary: I was surprised at how heavy the package was when it arrived. The attractive speakers are well constructed and connect easily. The sound is rich and very sharp. The sub woofer provides realistic bass without being overpowering. The system adds life to my home theatre.

Pros: Great sounding satellites and deep bass! Used these speakers on a Pioneer 1022k that I also ordered brand new from newegg. This setup sounds incredible. Had to use a styrofoam base made to stopping movement/rattling because the bass was dancing around my tile floor.
Cons: Had this sub for a week and it stopped working. The sub would work for about 5 seconds and then slowly fade to no sound.
