Decent sound for the price. Better than tv speakers

Ryan G, Amazon
11 May 2015
  • Summary: Decent sound for the price. Better than tv speakers. Not sure why people complain they can't pair with direct tv remote. Works fine with my direct tv remote and I didn't even program it. It just worked. Now to the 4 star reason. While this is a decent bar for the price, it lacks great sound.

The sound is great. It takes up a lot of room

Heather, Amazon

  • Summary: The sound is great. It takes up a lot of room, but TV's are huge any more, so it's fine.

Great sound, but not fabulous

Kitchen Mouse, Amazon
9 June 2014
  • Summary: I bought this to install over a flat panel TV in a motorhome. The tv speakers are fairly muffled, and I wanted to have good sound for movies and blu-ray discs. It does an adequate job, but there is not a lot of dynamic range.

Great Budget Home Theatre Sound

L. webster "Lee", Amazon
20 April 2014
  • Summary: I always evaluate Amazon reviews prior to making a purchase ANYWHERE so I felt I needed to post here even though I purchased a refurbished unit thru another vendor. The unit was easy to setup - came with all the cables you could possibly need.

Soundbar

GLBT, Amazon
15 April 2014
  • Summary: I am pretty satisfied with this product. The sound quality is very good especially when you watch a movie with lots of explosions or deep bass sounds. I also use it when I listen to Pandora through Roku. It creates a dynamic sound in my room.

Worth the price

JWSmitty, Amazon
25 December 2013
  • Summary: Paid $250 for unit . Greatly improved sound of TV . If you're looking for Movie Theater sound you'll have to spend more money. Remember $800 units cost $800 for a reason. For the money this unit sounds very good.

Great, except for our muting issue

lore, Amazon
26 September 2013
  • Summary: This was very easy to connect and set-up. I connected the two RCA jacks to the rear of the TV, plugged it in to power, and turned it on. I then plugged in the sub-woofer and turned it on and it synced immediately.

Great sound, but optical and 3.5mm inputs only

Grimmy "Grimmy", Amazon
24 September 2013
  • Summary: Easy to set up and sounds great. Wifi subwoofer is nice. But be aware that there is no HDMI input - there are only optical and 3.5 mm inputs. So if your device doesn't support these, you'll need to cobble something together (about $10 or less worth of connectors) to make it work with this unit.

Solid performance, subwoofer packs a punch. Easy set up with a Tivo.

ZenWoman, Amazon
22 September 2013
  • Summary: This soundbar is a good solution if you don't want a full home theater set up - especially if you are short on space. The sound bar comes with a mounting sheet and can be mounted on a wall or placed in front of the TV.
