Boston Acoustics let me down :(

Summary: Worked great for 1 month - then the subwolfer began to cut out. After a few false starts with BA customer service sent the unit back to them for repair. When I got it back it did the same thing. I just gave up and ordered a Sony HT-CT660 (love it!).
Summary: This thing is awesome, but there is no night mode. If you're unfamiliar, it's a one-button audio setting that silences the bass notes and adjusts the mid-tones and treble so that you can use the system without waking up your roommates and neighbors.
Summary: After wall mounting my 46" TV in my bedroom I was really disappointed with its ability to put out sound, I had to crank it to hear anything and then it was like it was in a tunnel. After reading a lot of reviews I finally settled on this Model 25 and man was I blown away.
Summary: I knew when I bought it would be a challenge to get it to work with my remote. After about an hour or so I got to work and we just love it. It makes the TV sound clear and we were to turn the volume down to tolerable level.
Summary: Haven't been able to get the remote to work to adjust volume. Customer support is a joke. when contacted them their response was they were having technical issues and they would get back to me. I will never by a product from this company again!
Summary: Don't bother. It will die out in less than a year. The wireless sub woofer just makes a loud humming noise. I've tried all the quick fixes from BA's website but no luck. I tried to contact them several times and still no response. How hard is it to reply to an email?
