Summary: PROS The soundbar outputs high quality sound and it is very easy to setup - Simple to setup. If your TV has RCA sound outputs and variable output sound, you will be up and running with this setup in less than 5 minutes. - Simple to use. No additional remote control to account for.
Summary: Boston Acoustics TVee Powered Soundbar Speaker System with Wireless Subwoofer (Black) The customer reviews posted at Amazon influenced my decision to buy this product. It took less than 10 minutes to connect my 46" Samsung HDTV to the TV and to plug in the wireless speaker.
Summary: I bought this because I have a small Sharp TV in my bedroom and I can hardly hear it even with the volume turned all the way up. Once I hooked this up, the sound just boomed. The subwoofer is next to my nightstand and gives a pleasant bottom to the sound pouring out of the soundbar.
Summary: Not long ago I bought my second HDTV, a 52-inch Sony Bravia. Fine picture, but the sound wasn't as good as my 5-year-old Hitachi that it replaced. In particular, I frequently couldn't understand the dialogue in movies. I figured I needed some auxiliary speakers.
Summary: I bought this soundbar/woofer combo to compliment my Toshiba Regza 42" LCD TV, and it sounds great! The woofer adds a lot of punch, and you can control its volume independently with a dial on the back of the woofer itself.
Summary: In March '09 we purchased a Samsung LN52A650 TV. After several weeks of viewing enjoyment, the only thing we found fault with was the internal sound/speakers. Not wanting a full home theater system (5.1 surround, etc.), we solved the problem with a Boston Acoustics TVEE 2 Soundbar.
Summary: This Boston Acoustics soundbar provides sound so superior to that from the Television itself, without cluttering my small den with all the speakers and wires that would be part of a surround system.
Summary: This was my third attempt at purchasing a sound system for my 52" Samsung LCD HD TV. I tried the Bose 3-2-1 system and the Yamaha Sound Bar. The Bose sounded like an old transistor radio which completely surprised me. I own two higher end Bose systems that are awesome. The Yamaha just didn't get it.
Summary: I purchased a reconditioned TVee2 locally. I needed it because the speakers in the TV I bought were extremely wimpy. My wife didn't want speakers and wires all over the room. The TVee was very easy to set up.
