The best wireless option for Bose Lifetime/Acoustimass systems if you can't run wires from front to back of room!

Summary: The Bose SL2 wireless surround link is EXACTLY what I was looking for! If you haven't discovered yet, this does not completely eliminate wires (power is still required for the transmitter and receiver, and the rear speakers connect with wires to the receiver).
Summary: After just a year with occasional use the SL2 system just stopped working. We tried the reset as stated by the Bose rep to no avail. System was out of warranty and we were out $169. Would be interested if any others experienced this or found a solution.
Bose doesn't sell this product any longer but recommended the $75 Rocketfish (Best Buy in house brand) saying ...

Summary: My SL2 failed after 8 years. Called Bose for replacement. Bose doesn't sell this product any longer but recommended the $75 Rocketfish (Best Buy in house brand) saying they had tested it and it was a perfect replacement.
Summary: This product was shipped quickly, and delivered as advertised. However, after 3 months I developed an issue with one speaker not functioning. It may have been in warranty, and I did not address it. That is my experience. Others may not have any issue whatsoever.
Summary: I had just recently sold my custom built home as to where all my speaker cables was ran inside my walls upon building my house. Our new home we did not build so there was no wires in place to hook up our rear speakers to our Bose Lifestyle 35 System and in order to get the rear speakers hooked up it...
Summary: The Bose wireless rear speakers are exactly what I needed. We moved into a rental house not pre-wired for surround, and this saved me from trying to fish wires through walls and into the attic.
