Summary: Well, before purchased bose product i readed alot comments about it, most all those was excelents reviews, some of them give them worst of speakers ever, but, my oppinion an hear the sound, for now its the best sound i never had, y use the piooner receiver the sound its great, the only thing its alot cables, but its part of the system, after the installation, i was expect the best sound, ITS WAS GREAT SOUND, with the blueray sound like DTS HD is better.
Summary: i have purchase the system as an upgrade for an LG system which i thought that it did not deliver good sound. I have integrated it with Yamaha Receiver AV-771, and did the setup using automatic and then manual channel setup, using best results for the room layout. Whats wrong with the system: No middle range frequency, voices is distributed into 3 categories low, middle and High frequency, where human ears can hear anything between 20hz up to 22 Khz devided on the...
Summary: I have had this system for at least 10 years and it has outlasted a tv and a receiver. The quality and sound reproduction is without equal in everything but the very best home theater. Through all this time I have never heard one crackle from any of the speakers and often times at full volume. Right now I'm driving the system with an Onkyo TX-SR608 and I mean drive. At $800 it's a super buy.
Summary: I have been using the system for the last 10 years and never had nay problems. However, I bought another used system in replacement to the current one because the original system (sub woofer) stopped working. Overall, I am very satisfied and I would suggest to anyone who wants to have a good home theater system that is Acoustimass 15.
Summary: Bose products are great! I know tons of people that have the speakers I just bought. They are from a few years back, but I really needed the white color to go with my decor. These will work out perfectly and they sound great! Plus, I saved a ton of money!!
Summary: The cubes sound decent but the overall package is lacking because of the subwoofer. The first thing I did is replace the subwoofer with an $800 12" JBL which requires running your speakers directly into the receiver. So then more speaker wire is required. When it was all said and done, not including the receiver, I paid over $2000. A bit pricey for something that only sounds decent but that is how to get the best out of a bose system.
Summary: i only buy 5 of this doublecube speakers without the subwofer and they sound very good.I have a little room and they are perfect for it,lought and clear sound to be a speaker of this size.In fact i haven't reach they distortion point with my yamaha rxv-1800 cause i haven't need to do so, they reach the perfect sound with out a problem at least in movies, havent use them to music jet but i recomend them to any person with little space and desire for big sound without...

Summary: I own this from last one year. I did research from Infinity Beta series, Atlantic Technology, KEF, M&K ...many others. They sound great but they are bulky. If you want similar performance and nice look (Virtually invisible) yes, Bose is the way to go. I hooked up this to my Yamaha RXV 1500 THX Receiver. It shakes. This is definitely NOT Radio-shack quality.
