Summary: I purchased the Bose 3-2-1 system in January of this year and have been very disappointed. After only 1 month of use, the component actually stopped recognizing the Bose remote control. I called customer service, which has ALWAYS been great, and they sent me a replacement component. 5 months later the new component stopped recognizing the remote again. I called customer service and they need this component to see if they can fix it.
