Problems with Fit and Damage to Tripp Trapp Highchair

Summary: The tray is difficult to put on & remove with the new style baby set & has scraped and scratched the wood where it attaches on an a almost new Stokke Tripp Trapp High Chair. When trying the Tray with the new style baby set it clearly has a gap of approx 2.5cm between the baby set and the tray edge. This seems concerning not just for posting food, but for inquisitive little fingers wanting to follow the food down the gap in an effort to retrieve it.
Summary: Having just used this for 6 months the so called non scratch surface now seems to be peeling off at an alarming rate. Its coming off so easily now it could quite happily end up in the food on the tray then eventually end up in baby's mouth. This product is far from being safe. This is not worth the ridiculous price we paid for when you also consider the small gap you have between the tray and tripp trapp which lets quite a lot food through.
Excerpt: I have a big 8 month old boy and getting him in and out of this chair is literally painful for him. He doesnt fit through the small gap between the baby back and front harness so I have to dismantle the front section every time we use it. Aside from that the quality of mine was appalling, hardly any of the holes were drilled large enough and fittings for the seat plate and foot rest are not deep enough, the whole thing wobbles and is wonky.
