Summary: The good features of this high chair are that it folds up easily, has a wipeable cushion, 5-point harness, recline (both the seat back and leg support) and adjustable height. The recline feature was fantastic when my son was 2-4 months old and I was just looking for a place to safely put him in the kitchen while I cooked dinner.
Summary: I have had this highchair since my grandson was born and he is now 11 months old. This high chair is so cute but the tray is extremely hard to get on. Plus I hate the fact that the piece that goes between babies legs to help keep them in the chair is attached to the tray not the highchair itself.
Summary: Here is a Dad's perspective (which will read a lot like many of the mom's who've posted here but let's face it, sometimes dads like to read a review from one of our own!). So we just purchased the Polly for our second child after...and I will say that I'm glad we did not purchase this for our first child because there are some features about the tray system that both I and my wife find extremely frustrating and we'd be annoyed if we needed to use this for two children!
Summary: I am using this highchair for my nine months old son. The seat is quite comfortable and safe for him. It has plastic covers which makes it easy to clean. The downside would be a slightly tricky construction and the chair is quite big, especially when the tray is attached in front.
Summary: This highchair does everything it says. It stores the tray easily, it is sturdy, it has great padded seating for your baby and a full harness. This chair is safe and dependable. There are only a couple of problems. The biggest is that it has so many layers of padding that it is nearly impossible to get clean. Food gets in the creases in the plastic and in the material and there are dozens of places for food to hide.
Summary: When I registered for this highchair I was in love with it. It looked great, I loved the straps, and the holder for the tray on the back. Now that I'm actually using it I wish I would have looked at other high chairs instead of getting the high chair that matched my stroller and pack'n'play. I agree with everyone else about the tray. The tray is VERY difficult to get on and off. I thought it was just me but my husband has a difficult time with it too.
Summary: We received this chair as a shower gift. It matched our carseat and stroller. I knew I would have problems with this highchair when I couldn't put the tray covers in my dishwasher (and I have an over-sized Kitchen-Aid dishwasher). The seat cover is easy to clean but the straps are very difficult to remove so getting the seat cover off is a pain. The base of the chair is wide -and safe- but it is difficult to find a good place in the dining room for it as it is obtrusive.
Summary: We are really dissapointed and would not recommend this to anyone. We've written to chicco with feedback and are seriously considering buying and alternative as we are so unhappy with this highchair.
Pros: height adjustment, seat lies back, storage bag for bibs wipes etc, extra tray bit to go on top so we have one for mealtimes and one for art/messy play, lots of designs to choose from Adjustable seat allows ease of feeding from anywhere, and allows independant toddlers to climb in themselves. with the backrest indepentantly reclining allows the child to sleep in a more lying position. Double tray Parent tray Net for bibs and wipes Sturdy can be used from 4 months easily w...
Cons: the seat tends to rip after time where the strap is inbetween the legs. Bulky It's quite heavy and not very easy to collapse with so many cusions can be difficults to get all layers off for washing fairly expensive Not good for baby led weaning! It's a nightmare to clean, I have to dismantle it after each meal!! Getting the tray on and off is not the easiest thing to do. Its has a joint in it which traps food and lets water in when you wash it, you have to unscrew it ...
Summary: It's a great highchair but it is quite bulky
Pros: Design looks great. It has lots of features that other highchairs don't have such as parent's tray, toy storage, wheels, removable tray. There are multiple positions both height, seat position, leg and foot rest. Easy to take apart to clean and the extra tray top and seat pad makes it last even longer. It's easy to adjust and move and can be locked as well...just in case! My daughter has loved in from day 1 and like to climb up herself (which she can do becuase the he...
Cons: It has lots of features to get broken! My tray got broken very easily and customer service was horrible. By the time I've got a replacement, I didn't need the chair anymore! Even though it has wheels to move around, it only moves in 1 direction so you end up lifting it and it's quite heavy. It is really big and, if you keep it close (it stands alone), it does save space but, children love holding themselves from anything available and it's quite dangerous because it c...
Summary: I am satisfied with the highchair for the most part. My son (14 months) stays in it, though we don't use the straps because they were such a hassle, difficult to adjust, etc. The crotch bar in the tray keeps him from sliding out. I only remove the tray to clean it, just slide it back to get him in and out.
