Summary: I would give it negative stars! This highchair is nothing more than an expensive habitat for all manner of molds, fungus, and bacteria. The only thing that has stopped me from calling the company to scream at them is the international charges for calling Italy. Why, you ask? Allow me to explain. As cool as it is to have a highchair that is fully adjustable (really? who the heck needs to have their child RECLINE at mealtime???
Summary: i hate very few things in my house, but this is one of them. i wish we had never bought it. the chair itself is ok, its the tray that makes me want to smash the whole thing with a large hammer. if you buy something to use with a baby, it should be very easy to use, especially for this dollar amount. the tray sticks EVERy time i try to take it off to get my angry baby out of the chair.
Summary: We have had horrible experiences dealing with Chicco's customer service department. We were simply missing one of the accoutrement pieces to our item. First they emailed back and said that they were out and couldn't help, then they emailed and asked for pictures, verifying documents, and serial numbers / control numbers. Two months after beginning our conversations with them we are still no closer to getting anything than when we started.
Summary: I so loved this high chair as it matches perfect in our dining room- but the dang tray WILL NOT COME OFF!!! We put it on- the first day when we stuck our son in it- and since then the tray is permanently on- we can't adjust it to take him out- we have to fold down the back to allow him to fit to get out! I am very.very. disappointed in this high chair.
Summary: Mealtime with your baby equals a lot of fun and a lot of mess. Who designed this horrible excuse for a highchair? I love Chicco but they dropped the ball on this one. The bottom line on this chair: wheels that make the chair easy to move and have breaks, folds very slim for great storage, phthalate free cover, chair height adjusts nicely and it comes with two tray covers that can be removed for washing. It's a sturdy and safe chair.
Summary: I don't understand how anyone who uses this chair for a toddler could rate this over one star. There are plastic seams, screw holes and creveses all over the place. I am not a clean freak by any stretch of the imagination but I don't like the idea of my son eating with rotting food anywhere around. duh!
Summary: This high chair is IMPOSSIBLE to get completely clean. My son is now 15 months old and I have gotten to the point where I no longer use the top seat cover, the safty belts, or either of the tray toppers. I figure it gives me several less things to clean. The seat cover is not machine washsble and although the box and manuel say that it is "easy to clean wipeable vinyl," the backside to the pads are NOT vinyl.
Summary: I've had this highchair for over a year now (or should I say, I've been STUCK with it) and each and every time I use it (which is up to five times a day) I say to myself, "Man, this is such a terrible highchair I should warn others like I wish I was warned". First off, it's bulky. Which most highchairs are, but this one is like a monster in the room. Secondly, food ends up EVERYWHERE in this chair (even if you have perfect angels).
I hate this chair with the fiery passion of a thousand suns

Summary: I would not buy this high chair again at any price. Most significantly, the tray is 2 pieces of plastic screwed together. My daughter is so messy that I need to thoroughly clean the high chair tray after every meal - just wiping with a damp cloth is not sufficient. (The tray covers don't help, she messes up the surfaces that the tray covers don't protect - especially the side of the tray closest to her tummy.
clean freaks beware: don't buy! Cannot clean this seat!

Summary: I clean my high chair after every single use. I hate dirty high chairs. This brand of high chairs has the worst construction ever for cleaning. There are more seams and crevices for food than needed. The lids may be dishwasher safe, but they do not fit into my dishwasher. The seat belts get gross over time. I hate this high chair. I now have the little fisher-price booster seat. That is EASY to clean! I do not know where to start with this chair.
