Summary: I was looking to findout if this sub would properly pair with the YSP-4100 soundbar. I did not have any luck on the Yamaha page. What I did locate, was a user review with the exact configuration I was seeking. So the answer is yes, you can use the wireless module to connect the sub to the soundbar.
Summary: This subwoofer is a great addition to fill in a stereo system. Versatile input options and controls in a compact package. I would recommend a different subwoofer for high end home theaters. Bass bottoms out at about 25Hz.
Summary: Several years ago, I was the proud owner of a Yamaha Subwoofer System that serve me well. Subsequently, I started having some problems with it. I replaced it with another name brand which sounded inferior to my old Yamaha, so I went back to the Yamaha brand that I was familiar with. Now, I'm happy with the performance of this unit.

Summary: Around Christmas time 2012, I was looking to put together a sound system for my electronic drum set. My brother, not knowing much about PA equipment or electronic drums for that matter, decided to help me out and by getting me a powered subwoofer to go along with my two self powered satellite speakers that I had bought to start my set up. All he knew was that I wanted something that would really put out the bass. He purchased me a Yamaha SW315.
