Summary: Has worked great for 2 months now. A little "boomy" as I'm using it for music with a pair of mind 90's Boston Acoustic book shelf speakers. It would probably work better rattling the room for movies but the budget was louder than my musical taste could afford so this is a good compromise.
Summary: For years i have been wanting a Velodyne sub and boy am i not disappointed. I've tested quite a few subs over the years(Klipsch, Energy, Yamaha, Bose) and none of those can match this sub. It has clean sound and its not "boomy" like other subs.
Summary: I am so happy I bought this subwoofer. I'm not an audiophile but I do know what kind of sound I like. For the price, I don't think that this subwoofer can be beat. It provides clean, undistorted bass; which is exactly what I wanted without breaking the bank.
Summary: I was skeptical about the bass this small cube could output judging by its size, I was wrong. It surpasses the bass output I was getting from a larger JBL sub. It is also tighter and less boomy than the JBL it replaced. So far so good. We'll see about durability. My old sub lasted ten years.
Summary: i must say this is my first house sub. I've had lots in cars since the 80. One of my favorite possessions is my 10 inch mtx 9500. I've owned it for six yrs been in 4 different cars. I must admit im tickled pink about this sub. The bass is amazing I was gonna get a impact 10 but this is so amazing.
Summary: I read all 29 review of this thing and I was like YES, YES, YES. This thing is amazing! It blends super well with my definitive technology bp6 towers, it goes loud enough to fill my 20x 25 room well. It has great definition for music and movies.
Summary: I purchased this based on the other reviews. It seems to be a very low cost sub woofer that has a 150 watt amplifier and a frequency output range of 33 Hz to -140 Hz at 3dB. For the cost that cannot be beat.
