Summary: We had this subwoofer for less than a month, and it simply stopped working - we might have used it twice. It won't even power up. My reason for a poor review (besides the obvious): for some reason, Amazon considers it a hazardous item, so we are unable to return it or get it replaced. Now, we are left to deal with Sonos directly and hope they take care of the issue.
Summary: we have had nothing but trouble with the Sonos system. we have had numerous tech's out to try and fix it.. it constanlty drops in and out. we cant get certain channels, it always changes from playing inside to outside. very displeased with this.
Summary: I am the proud owner of two play three's and two play one's. The best sound system I have come across and excellent value for money without any shadow of a doubt. That said I really would like to enhance the sound by adding a sub.....I have not done that to date pure and simply down to the cost involved.... £599 is simply too much for me. This is all the more frustrating when you consider how good value for money the one, three and five are.
