Summary: We got the unit home, attached all the cables, fired it up and it didn't work. No power. We tried two different wall sockets and two different power cords. Nothing. Boxed it up, returned it and got our money back. Our first and last experience with Polk products.
Summary: worst audio product i have ever purchased. sounded ok when it worked but after 12 uses the amp fried. now ive been dealing with polk cust. service which is terrible and amp is backordered so gonna be 2 months all together getting part back. steer clear if you like your money.
Summary: Just got this sub tonight and am sending it back tomorrow. Hooked it up to my B&W soundbar and almost no sound coming out, even with everything turned all the way up. Very disappointing. I know 100 watts is not a lot, but my old 8" Sonys put out much more bass with less power.
Summary: Junk. Worked for a while, now there is no sound. Sub makes a loud scratching noise when just touching the volume control without any input cable connected. Luckily, I am within 60 day return period... I will not buy Polk again!
