Summary: I'm an audiophile. I'm a poor college student. This fit my needs and my budget. I bought a used one for ~$100 with shipping here on Amazon. I did a lot of research on entry level subs and I found I like this one. ' Right out of the box, it comes with the sub, and instructions. It does not come with any other cables. I hooked this up to an Onkyo receiver that's also pretty entry level with some old bookshelf speakers that do the job.

It's probably good for apartment situations where you don't want to upset your neighbors if you can get one that's quiet when unused.
Summary: This sub adds a clean and very present sound to my system. It really shines when I am playing music from my Amazon Cloud library. Any source signal that is at least 5.1 also lights it up very nicely.

Summary: was fathers day gift from my family for the home theater really rounded out the sound in my home theater stereo. we had been using the new pioneer receiver with just speakers since Christmas and it sounded good but just lacked the punch and depth of sound that a sub woofer ads.
Summary: Very impressive for a small package, used it to supplement an in-floor sub-woofer and adds just enough emph to hear the boom of the cannon, hunger games fans will get it. Its a very small package, easy hidden out of the way, you can't go wrong with anything having Andrew Jones name attached.
