Amazing speed and musicality from the logan

michael r davis, Amazon
9 April 2015
  • Summary: I picked up this Martin Logan 8inch sub to replace the yamaha 10in sw315 powered sub that I was running on the right side of my home theatre. I bought the yamaha because of the name and never auditioned it in person. What a big mistake. Oh well...

Wonderful sub for the price.

MrGman, Amazon
14 March 2015
  • Summary: I bought this Martin Logan 300 Sub last week and have been using considerably this week and am very happy with my purchase. I am using it with my new Definitive Technology Incline speakers in my home office so it is not supposed to match my audiophile set up in my Rec room but it matches just...

Awesome little sub, albeit with some quality-control problems and a few inconsequential bugs

Bud, Amazon
25 February 2015
  • Summary: I love these little subwoofers and would give them 5 stars except for their quality control problems. I've had to return about 50% of them. They deliver a good amount of tight, controlled bass for a bedroom or office or small living room.

Munchies for your Bass

Christopher Benjamin "Cbenj01", Amazon
19 February 2015
  • Summary: I replaced an older passive Onkyo subwoofer that came with a HTIB with this sub. Easy set up and really good bass in my bedroom. My bedroom is about 20'x15' and the sub is more than adequate.

Sound is fine. Workmanship is fine

Michael S. Harrington, Amazon
17 February 2015
  • Summary: Sound is fine. Workmanship is fine. Reliability has been terrible since about 12 months in. Loud popping noises would appear and then vanish for months. Now, just humming. No sound. Dead. $500 for 3 years of very light use--not a bargain. Would not buy again.

After lots of searching for a subwoofer

Patrick, Amazon

Good sub but it just didn't "wow" me

Patrick, Amazon
4 February 2015
  • Summary: First off when I see a Martin Logan product. I expect it to live up to its brand name and offer everything that's worth it's value, as im sure many on you in the hunt for a subwoofer are. After recently purchasing large speakers with that pack a decent amount of low end.

Replacement to fix the 7.1 System

Customer "kk6dv", Amazon
4 February 2015
  • Summary: Much better than previous ML Subwoofer. I thought having the previous sub fire down wouldn't wear out the coil by sag/distort. Firing down to a hard surface blew the coil.

Hearing is believing!

dan, Amazon
5 January 2015
  • Summary: Bought to replace a 10" front firing subwoofer in my 12' by 14' living room thinking it might better spread the deeper bass around to different listening positions being downfiring, and I wasn't disappointed.
