Summary: This sub was very underwhelming. If you have a large space DO NOT BUY THIS. I though if I bought 2 it might fill the space and I had no such luck. To turn them up high enough to get any reasonable bass they were so high they were distorting. The company does stand by its product, but I just dont think it was worth the high dollar pricetag.
Summary: All of my equipment is Martin Logan as I've never had any problems with them. Just an FYI, this sub is tiny. It packs a great punch but really is small. I'm very happy with it and it also came with the wireless transmitter as well.
Summary: This little sub (and it is tiny by sub standards) is wirelessly paired with a MartinLogan Motion Vision Soundbar. With the sub's volume knob set at 50% and the soundbar set at about 80% of its max volume, the sub is bottoming out and literally bouncing itself around. A sub bottoming out is not a pleasant sound. The sub is being used on a wood floor, so carpet spikes to keep it in place are not an option.

Summary: I remember that quote from my college days when I seemed to put all the money I had into my car stereo. Back then I also put in a good deal of money into some floor speakers (Bostson V950's). Those paired with a V910 center and some decent rear spears and a JBL 10" subwoofer were the speaker portion of my system. I had good receivers over the years but my weakest link, which I always seemed to ignore was that JBL sub.
Summary: All I was hoping for...I'm no expert and have not performed a spectrum analysis at peak current. It produces wonderful bass across a selectable frequency range and gain. Should put a carpet under it; the vibration makes it slides around on the hard wood floor. Be sure to use a grounded cable.
Summary: The MartinLogan Dynamo 700 provides a solid low-end foundation for my new ML 3.1 set up ... Combined as it is with a pair of ML Motion 40s and a Motion 30 center channel, I couldn't be happier with my new speaker system. I've owned several other subs through out the years, but none of them could match the ML Dynamo 700 ... tight, clear, accurate bass in a relatively small enclosure ... it's all one could hope for in a subwoofer, unless one's room is quite large ...
Summary: wow! am hearing bass music that i never heard before! why did i wait so long? it replaced a 15 year old infinity ssw-10 servo subwoofer. can't believe all the bass music i missed all these past years! excellent buy!
Summary: It is a very nice woofer. I wish I could turn the wireless off. I tried wireless and it had too much interference - made a lot of noise. Once it is connected direct - no problems. The wireless part stays on and constantly searches for the wireless signal even when the sending unit is not installed. It does not seem like a green solution if it uses power to constantly search for wireless.
Summary: I love this subwoofer. It is expensive so it is not a very good value for the money, but it produces beautiful sound, and it is wireless. You do not have to worry about wires, and wireless works perfect. It does not require any settings, and you plug it in and it simply works. You can set it up so that it can be downward facing or forward facing. Downward facing produces the best sound, and I love it.
