Summary: Great subs for the price. Gave it 4 stars because I think they are a little heavy in the very low frequency range. Perfect for home theater, but not so great in a home studio. Works very well after a lot of tweaking, but still not as "musical" as the jbl subs they replaced.

Summary: Guess I should have heeded the reviews from previous customers. Not even 2 years and this thing dies. I should have known better. Sounded great while it was operational but the craftsmanship is trash.

Summary: I have an YAMAHA RX 675 receiver, JBL center and speakers and the JBL ES250 SO works very well together !! I hope that situation remains in the time.. at the moment I'm very happy with this purchase
Summary: I've had it for several weeks now and I love it. Really adds that deep thumping bass that you get in live concerts, but was missing from my stereo. I only use it for music, not movies. Fills a large room, about 30x30 with 16' ceiling, with wall shaking bass, at half volume. Attractive cabinet...
Excerpt: Had es250p for about a month, it has all features as p
Polk and Klips at half the price. Has phase switch and input switch, also has volume dial and crossover dial. It can be set up as left right sub or sub one, sub two. Easy set up. Not recommended for apartments it has deep bass and kick drum.
Excerpt: My family room I my sound room and wouldn.t trade for any other brand. I have a 9 speaker Norhridge and it is beautiful too. I would like to expand so I could expand to other rooms. If you produce an information pam for arranging the system please send me one
Summary: Best subwoofer for home audio I've used yet. LFE is amazing. When Godzilla steps, or buildings come crashing down in movies @10-25Hz, you don't just hear it, you feel it. This thing really puts out a ton of bass. To balance out with my home audio system, I have it set to about 35-40% max gain.
Summary: This little beauty is now my favorite purchase for my home theater. I am a bit deaf in one ear so I need to feel my movies/games/music to really enjoy them. JBL has made this possible for a very reasonable price. I have had a PSW 10 for about a year and I do love that sub, for the price.
