Summary: Learn from the pain that Infinity inflicted on others. Read this before buying any of their products. Frankly, I am surprised they have not yet been subject to a justified class-action lawsuit.
Summary: I had to drive to the USA from Canada to get this subwoofer. Worth the drive and cost. This sub produces deep, loud bass. I'm a car audio guy, so Im never satisfied with home theater subwoofers, until this one came along. Buy it!
Summary: Well musically speaking no boom boom, it just plays the cleanest, deepest bass. You just can't go wrong with this, not many subs at this price point with this power output. Also it is substantial, you will feel like you have a sub at home! Few leasons learned: Placement of subwoofer is absolutely critical so that there won't be any sound waves cancelling out each other.
Summary: I give one star as mine is nearing imminent death most likely. When it was without the crackling noise and my worry, it was a four star rating from me. I will be moving on to sealed subs in the future for tighter response, and this crackling sound is leaving it unsellable to my personal belief. It has never left this room and I may just give it away as I have a subwoofer from the 90's that is still churning away beautifully to swap with. Your mileage may vary.
