Summary: Just hooked this little bad boy up! I am not going into a long song a dance as most do on these reviews. This speaker is small, fit my space perfectly(needed under 5 inch tall),sounds amazing! I have gone through 3 speakers setting up my system with no luck on a quality center until now.
Summary: Beautiful wood center channel wear you don't worry about understanding speak of characters on screen. If you have which i'm pretty sure now most people have the thin flat TV this center channel fits right dead center of the TV and does not block screen at all.

Summary: The bottom facing speakers in flat screen TVs seem designed to sell aftermarket speakers. Poor TV speakers combined with the shape of our living room and our age all make dialogue hard to understand.
Summary: This speaker solved my problem of not clearly hearing the spoken word on some programs. Very good vocal clarity. Very good handling of loud transients, such as in action movies. Very good value for the price. A bit smaller than many center-channel speakers (17-5/16" W x 3-11/16" H x 4-15/16" D).
Summary: We have wall speakers and a subwoofer, but without a center channel conversations were lost. Now I can tune the amp to bring the voices forward as much as I want, and it improves the experience.
Summary: I was looking for a center speaker with sharper highs than what I was getting on my Infinity Primus c25. I purchased this unit because it was highly rated and it had a low height that would fit in front my TV and prevent me from buying a new TV stand.
Summary: I had looked through about a dozen websites gathering reviews on center speakers which, as you know, is not easy to find. There were several contenders for best center speaker, but each time I read reviews on the Yamaha NS-C310, they consistently spoke of the sound quality and clarity.
Summary: Look for that picture with the grill am posting. My room is 12 x 15' and a cubby hole that can accommodate nothing taller than 4" so that's my physical environment. Budget wise is between the C310 and the Polk TL3, I went with the C310 for more drivers surface area.
Summary: Added this to replace a center speaker that was being drowned out by my new wall speakers. The best thing about this center speaker is that you don't realize it's there. That's right. It isn't suppose to stand out. It's suppose to make what's coming directly out of your screen audible.
Summary: About the only narrow center speaker I could find for the money. I used this unit to accommodate narrow space between bottom of TV and top of fireplace mantel (less than 7"). Most center speakers are 7.5 " tall and would have had 30% of top of speaker appearing at bottom of TV.
