Summary: I choose to write a review on these speakers because I couldn't find and reviews about them even when I was purchasing them. I must say I am crazy in sound and I have used a variety of items to make music. These speakers are not the greatest but they sure are excellent speakers. I tested them with different set up whether it's from surround system, or my home studio they are good. Not to mention the look and design is appealing to just about everyone.
Summary: I used these as interim speakers with my Marantz a/v system (NR1604 receiver and UD5007 disc player) until my Pioneer system arrive. They were definitely equal to the old Paradigm's that they replaced and not that much less in performance compared to the Pioneer's. Bass response is a bit lacking but midrange is excellent. They really shine for classical music. They are now paired with a Lepai amplifier for itunes and work extremely well for this application.
Summary: First : I have order this item last September 2012 , and the item have arrived in my place (Thailand) about early of March 2013 !!!!!!! almost 3 month . nothing to say about delivery and the seller company i think they know them self how suck they are : ( Second : The speakers That I order Yamaha NS-BP110 not work at all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After I took out of the box and wired them up to the amp then i listen to the sound from my CD player .................
Summary: I got these on sale for $60. I use them with a Lepai TRIPATH TA2020 as computer speakers for watching movies and listening to music. Easily fills a medium size room pretty good sound. Surprisingly good bass for the size of the speaker, not mind blowing but way better than the logitech S715i ipod speakers I used to use ($150). These combined with the Lepai ($80 combined) makes a way better value than any $100-300 ipod speaker system.
