Summary: I have a set of these hanging in my classroom to provide sound for movies and youtube videos. These are perfect for that. They are NOT huge bassy beasts. They ARE nice full range speakers and have held up great. Looking forward to many years of use.
Summary: Bought 2 of these first for the rear left & right then after Hearing them got another for the middle left & right.... they are most excellent in my all Yamaha (a piece at a time) 7.2 Surround sound system... Why only 4 stars ? Well! I Love My Highschool Sweetheart not Stuff.....
Summary: Used this as an Upgrade to a Surround System. Was a completely new sounding system with just the swap out of the Yamaha speakers for the older Bose bricks. We used a Yamaha Sub and Center as well.
Summary: These speakers sound really good for the cost and size, much better than more expensive competitors speakers for less money. Bought these for a Christmas party at our house and they work great. I am using these for music, not as part of an AV system but I think they would work well for either.
For $80/ea, they're OK, as long as you understand their limitations.

Summary: I'll make this review as objective as I can. If you're considering the Yamaha NS-B210 as inexpensive front speakers for your home theater or audio system, keep looking, because you can do a lot better. I bought these speakers as temporary upgrades for my rear and side surround speakers when I recently started upgrading my home theater system. And for that purpose, they're fine for now.
Summary: Even though these speakers are an older range from yamaha, I just had to write something to counteract the poisonous rant from angel whatever, I, like the first reviewer have had 4 of these little beauties for about a year now and have nothing bad to say about them. For the price, these speakers be-lie their size, and to the normal listener offer crisp clean reproduction of pretty much a full frequency range, even including bass end which surprised me.
