Summary: We bought these to pair with the Amphony Bluetooth Reciever/Amplifier. They are attached to our pergola by the pool. I must say, the sound quality is very nice for this price of speaker pair. The reciever only delivers 30-40 watts per channel at best, and it is plenty for the speakers.
Summary: You can't beat these speakers for the price. I tried the Polk Atrium 4's and they sounded tinny. Instead of going to the NSAW150's I went straihgt to the NSAW350's. I'm glad I did. The sound is clear and covers a large size area in our backyard.
Summary: Durable, sound great for outdoor speakers, and yes, they have a fair amount of punchy bass as well, especially when compared to the competition. The mounting brackets make installation very easy, the only tricky part is hiding your wiring.
these are the best outdoor speakers i have ever purchased

Summary: these are the best outdoor speakers i have ever purchased. they work perfectly after each season and all i do is put a black garbage bag around them during the winter to keep out the condensation and they sound great year after year.
Summary: I normally don't post reviews but in this case I feel it's appropriate. I was suspicious about the overly positive reviews of these speakers however, after having time to listen and compare them to the speakers I had, some old KLH and Bose outdoor speakers.
Summary: I purchased a pair of Polk Audio outside speakers from SAM's Club for $200. Each failed twice and Polk Audio stopped making the design and would not repair or replace under warranty any longer. I researched "best outdoor speakers" and time and time again Yamaha came to the top for the least cost.

Summary: I got the pair for about $90 and I think they sound great. It took a little work to get them to fit on the speaker stands that were already mounted in our house (I think the last owner must have had some tiny Bose or something).
