Summary: Although a bit more expensive than I had hoped, I am very happy with this purchase. Hooked up to Sony Bravia TV and Blue Ray, the system could not have been easier to set up. Simply plugged everything in, made 3 cable connections, and it automatically synced itself to the subwoofer and components.
Summary: Bought this as a replacement for a Samsung 5.1 system and love it. The only downfall is the ARC setting being somewhat wonky with my Panasonic plasma TV, otherwise it's great. The different sound modes (Gaming, TV, Music, etc.) fit in perfectly depending on what you are doing.

Summary: I was dumbfounded hooking this up to my SHARP smart tv. I figured since it had HDMI outlets as well as my tv, I'd hook it up that way. Needless to say it didn't work and I used the ARC cord that came with it and it works perfectly.
Summary: Great soundbar, only two issues, one is that even though I have it attached t the ARC HDMI on my TV, sometime it does not turn on with the TV and I have to manually turn it on and the sub, does not seem as powerful and feels lost in the soundbar bass itself.
Summary: Good match to my new Sony TV which has poor sound quality. Sound bar system remote also activates my entire Sony audio system (not appreciated) and the sound bar does not activate with cable-box remote (Comcast blames Sony for not providing a code---Sony said they no longer supply codes because they...
Pros: Solves the problem of dialog being lost in background noise, common when watching today's movies. That's what the system is supposed to do. It seems as though the audio problems should be addressed and solved by the TV folks. Maybe for less than $300.
Cons: At only two-inches of height the sound bar blocks remote control of new Sony TV (needed for 'input' selection for example) when placed in front of the TV. Sony, these are both your products! Duh?
Summary: I received my first speaker but the subwoofer was damaged. The second one I received worked like a charm nice sound good bass easy to set up and I like that I can control the subwoofer volume separately.
Pros: Easy to set up Bluetooth connectivity Regular aux input for connecting ipods and other audio devices
Excerpt: I tried 2 previous soundbars (Polk and Yamaha) but wasn't happy with the synching experience with my Sony TV, so I purchased this Sony soundbar. ABT's customer service was outstanding and allowed me to exchange my previous purchase I wasn't satisfied with.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy to Mount, Easy To Set Up, Good Power Output, Great Sound Quality
Summary: I like this sound bar a lot. The low profile fits my table stand TV (although I did buy a small 1/2" shelf from Lowes to raise the TV a bit to get clear line of sight for the remote). The wireless subwoofer is fine for my needs.

Summary: Excellent value and produces a nice quality in clarity and volume. The subwoofer is adequate to help round out the auditory experience. Definitely a million times better than sound from just the TV alone. You miss it if it isn't on. Considering a second unit for another TV.
