Pros: This sound bar has outstanding sound and bass for a sound bar. I am very impressed with the sound quality and think it rivals some dedicated entry-middle level home theatre systems. It is a snap to hook up and operate (just plug in the optical cable) which is great as is the wireless subwoofer. It is perfect for my small to medium sized den. I also opted for an extended warranty as this system is expensive and a year goes by quickly.
Cons: Although you do get what you pay for with this system, it still is a bit pricey!
Summary: After looking around and sampling the sounds, I saw this in richer sounds for £699.99 and getting this on amazon for the price £379.98 it wS a no brainer brilliant sound Bluetooth wife and samsung sound share it was perfect for my 46" smart samsung 3d tv they go hand in hand perfect .
Summary: I cannot control my soundbar with my Samsung TV remote control. I fully expected my new soundbar and TV to work together since they are both new Samsung models. The owner's manual is not very helpful in navigating the features. And there are a couple other little things that bug me. However, thanks to the good people who brought us HDMI technology, my soundbar was easy to set up. And, the sound is much better than TV alone.
Summary: But for my specific purposes it works fine. I'm deaf in one ear and can't really hear surround effects and really struggle with hearing dialogue on most DVDs. This has solved my problems - dialogue easy to hear with decent sound/bass. My family (not audiophiles admittedly) didn't even notice the difference from the previous 5.1 system - which is a kind of back handed compliment I guess. If you've not had a 5.1 system before then you will be really pleased with this.
Summary: This is a great home entertainment and home stereo solution. Include the fully wireless features, clear sound and you have yourself a great system!!! not cheap though :) but the best never isu2026 worth my money!!!
Can't use my Samsung TV Remote to control Soundbar
9 September 2013
Summary: Huge Disappointment that I can't use my Samsung TV Remote to control the soundbar. It is a 7500 Series (2013) LED TV too, so should be up to date. How can a TV from the same manufacturer not bother to make this work?
