Summary: These are superb speakers - I paired them up with a Yamaha RX-V673. the units are beautiful and the sound is immense. turn it right up and the pictures dance on the wall! the depth and colour of the sound is fantastic. only one point to be aware of; the subwoofer is huge, and takes up a lot of space. I wired it in with the new QED small subwoofer cables that I poked down the side of the carpet, but it is a mighty beast.
Summary: Bought these speakers to give my movie watching the surround sound experience (obviously) definitely not disappointed. I did a lot of research before buying these and they got some really good reviews from the websites I found with some being surprised at how good they are. When I set them up and used them for the first time I was impressed, since then I have bought a blu-ray player and heard the sound quality coming from the blu-rays through the speakers and they are...
Summary: I have just purchased this center speaker through amazon, after just 10 mins I notice the excellent sound coming from the speaker.i have a 7 speaker set up,i lowered the decibels on the center speaker, and upped the 4 surround speakers (not the front), and I have my Yamaha amp player playing sweetly.
Summary: I bought this centre speaker as part of the Q Acoustics 2000i series. I love the sound of the series as a package, the speakers sound smooth and a bit bassy with good detail, but never become tiresome to listen to. As for the centre channel it is very detailed making it very easy to hear what people on-screen are saying and is, like the rest of the 2000i package, very easy to listen to.
Summary: I bought one of these centres as an upgrade from my Pioneer hpt-071 5.1 receiver system. The existing Pioneer centre was very good, and have since sold it on eBay, but I just wanted something with a little more power and higher sensitivity. With the Q Acoustics centre, it has 89db sensitivity (7db increase from my Pioneer centre) which can be noticed immediately when it's hooked up.
