Summary: I have had the speakers in my system for over 2 years and I am very happy with the sound. I purchased these as my second set of front speakers since it requires a sub as my late night speakers.
Summary: I was looking for the perfect mid/high towers and I found them they sound really clean and crisp. They don't get destorted with the sound you put to them but if you are not intrested in not having low bass response then these speakers are not for you.
Summary: We received these speakers on time and they were packaged very well. They look great and sound great flanking our 65" Pioneer Kuro plasma. Although I am not using them the feet even came with add-on screw in isolation spikes.
Summary: Thanks Polk you did it again, I'm very happy with these speakers sound great but you need a good subwoofer then you all set,, my music movies etc. never sound so good i recommend to anyone if you look for the best sound and quality
Summary: Upgraded my entire HT after 10 years with an old Sony projection and Aiwa 5.1 "package" to include an Onkyo TX-SR707, a pair of Polk Audio VM 30s and a Polk VM 20 as center and Polk DSW Pro 600 as sub (plus other speakers to support 9.1) Based on my corner room layout and fireplace hearth...
Summary: Purchased 3 pair of VM30 + VM20 center. Detail & imaging is accurate & fast. Need sub as mentioned in most reviews. A little light/tipsy @25lbs each. Cables cannot be to large due to bottom access to single binding posts.
Summary: I receved my VM-30s last week. Here are my impressions: 1. I put it through the paces, at first without a sub. You need a sub. Lows are weak. I turned on a Velodyne that is old - 1990. Boy these speakers came alive. 2. Excellent midrange. 3. Above average transparency. 4.
