Summary: I wanted a low-end speaker with great sound and these delivered in spades. The sound is amazing for the size and price point. Crutchfield halso had the best price, included free shipping and fast delivery. I'm very happy.
Summary: The price point concerned me: Could they possibly be this cheap and be any good?! Yes! They sound as good or better than my $600 B&W DM602s. They're smaller than I imagined, but produce an unbelievably rich sound. I have them connected to a 20W 1970s-vintage amp, and I just can't stop listening.
Pros: Price point, sound quality, small form factor.
Cons: Bass is better than decent, but a discerning audiophile will probably want a sub.
Summary: I wasn't sure about replacing my trusty old speakers with a smaller set of bookshelf speakers, and I was really blown away! My son hooked them up while I was at work and when I came home he demonstrated them as part of the home theater. Great product!
Pros: Bookshelf-sized; sturdy; quality materials; easy hook up. Nice sound in all ranges that we use speakers for. Plenty of good sound at all volumes.
Cons: Wish stands were available, but that is specific to my setup. I made my own to get around it.
Summary: I bought these based on the claim that they're responsive for low-power amps combined with a manageable size. I've hooked them up to my APPJ tube amp, which only puts out 3.5 watts/channel, and I couldn't be happier. Cranked up, the neighbors complained and the sound quality was wonderful.
