Summary: I needed an inexpensive pair of bookshelf speakers to use near my bed. I bought a pair of used ones from Amazon for $128. I am very happy with them. I would even consider Polk Audio for floor-standing, if I ever need to change my main speakers. A great value. There is even a hole on the back for wall mounting. Clips instead of binding posts make using anything larger than about 18 gauge wire difficult.
A Dynamite small bookcase/desktop speaker system that rocks!

Summary: The title says it all; these are great little speakers that have a surprising amount of bass, smooth mid-range and nice, clean high's. Of course, in a full-blown music or home-theater setting you'd probably want to add a decent sub-woofer, but for stand-alone speakers, they sound clean and sweet. A small tip: the nice-looking grill does have a slight negative impact on the clarity of the tweeters; as soon as I removed the grill, the speakers came alive.
Summary: I wanted to upgrade some satellite speakers for my current system. These speakers did not disappoint after a lot of research. I am an avid music listener and the depth and clarity of these speakers is great. Hooked up to a subwoofer as well and the system kicks. These speakers also sound great for TV/Movies as well. Highly Recommend.
Summary: These are really nice looking speakers right out of the box. The tops are shiny black and black wood grain looks nice. I am running them with a new Onkyo TX8020 receiver and new POLK PSW10 Subwoofer. I just wanted a simple set-up for radio, cd's, and mp3 player. These TSI100's sound great. They have crystal clear highs and a strong midrange. They are ported on the rear and push some air. I believe they can take everything my Onkyo TX8020 will give them.
Summary: I didn't realize how bad my speakers had degraded until I hooked these up. I replaced a set of Optimus speakers (Old audioheads will remember the Optimus brand) that I had gotten back in the early 90's I plugged these up and was completely blown away at how much difference there was in the sound to point that I'm getting another pair to replace the 80 watt Bose speakers I'm running with them!! Yes I am HAPPY!!!
Summary: I am not really happy with these. If you are not fussy about loyal frequency response, you will be okay with these. I did not find them to have any aspect to their sound worth raving about, or frankly, even praising. Actually, I don't like them at all, but I'm very fussy.
Summary: Excellent speakers. Using as front surrounds in my small bedroom. Using a Marantz 1403 AVR hooked up through HDMI to my computer, along with OWM3 Rear surrounds and a MartinLogan Dynamo 300 Subwoofer. Running 4.1 with Phantom center. Sound is exellent! Very pleased with my purchase.
