Summary: Had these for a few years now and am still happy with the sound quality from these mid-priced speakers. I would consider buying Polk speakers again. As in all brands there are low end and high end these were the happy medium.

Summary: Beautiful to see and hear! Prosumer gear here. I got the matched pair to produce and monitor the main virtual pipe organ sounds from my pro-grade synthesizer workstation. My background includes professional work at a government acoustical research facility, broadcast radio, music production as a musician both acoustic and electronic. Accurate sound production is important to me. I completed the system with a matched Polk 12" powered sub-woofer.
Summary: These RTi6 speakers from Polk Audio are excellent. The quality of construction is superb-the real cherry wood is gorgeous, and these are some solid boxes. The sound is rich and full, with even response over the frequency range. You won't get room-shaking bass, of course(one 6 1/2" woofer per speaker just won't do that!), but you will get smooth highs, warm mids, and tight bass. Run a subwoofer with these babies and you'll be blown away.

Summary: Excellent Speakers incredible tone and quality, beautiful cherry wood workmanship, sound great throughout the entire sound spectrum I highly recommend them. I use them with the Polk Audio Center channel CSI3,it is also excellent and Crutchfield was quick and efficient too.
Summary: These are some of the "Richest"sounding speakers you will hear.Very full and smooth.Never mind the modest price, they compare extremely well with speakers costing twice the price. When set up correctly(Bi-amping,which is easy to do)they become almost transparent and present a 3-dimensional sound stage.Fit and finish(real Cherry Veneer)are a plus, something that is lacking on even higher priced speakers.Even my wife likes these.Believe me You won't be disapointed.
Summary: I was looking for great sounding speakers for a dedicated home-theater room, but wanted a clean look without tower speakers. The room was relatively small (13x13), so big speakers weren't really necessary. They needed to handle 120 watts, which these speakers do in spades. Even though the dimensions are specified in the on-line listings, they were bigger and heavier in person! So if you are looking for small/compact speakers, sook elsewhere!
