Fantastic Musically and in my Surround System. What an Upgrade from my Bose Speakers.

Summary: This is a System Review of the Components I bought to Build my Ideal Surround system that would fit my Great Room. I am putting it in all of the Components as Reviews for those who might find it helpful for Building a System. I hope it helps.
Summary: The Polk LSI-7 is a great speaker for the discerning listener. Paired with the right subwoofer, it may be the best sound for the money. In my listening environment, they sound best with treble set back one notch on my Yamaha HTR 5230 receiver.
Summary: I was debating the LSi bookself speakers vs the RTi series so I decided to go for the upgrade. I looked at both in the stores and the LSi feels and sounds much more solid and full. I matched this with LSiC center channel and in wall speakers to match for 7.1 setup. Amazon was great as usual!
Summary: I have been building two complete systems for the last couple years. I rarely write a review, but I feel motivated to do so in this case. When I first acquired a pair of Lsi-7s, I thought they were frankly a little underwhelming--certainly not on a par with the Lsi-9s and things higher up the food...
Summary: I bought a set of these bookshelf speakers to use as main bookshelf speakers for a 15 x 20 family room. I auditioned their big brothers (Lsi9s), and really like them, but they were way too deep for the space I had.
